Return period
Is the item still not what you are looking for and is the item in its original condition and meets the return conditions? Then you can return the item within 14 days.
Return costs
For returns, you pay 15 euros per item, regardless of the country of destination.
Return label
The carrier may only accept parcels if there is a return label for each parcel. Your return labels are in the attachment of your return confirmation email.
When do you use the QR code or the barcode?
You can use the QR code if you drop off the parcel at a DHL Paketshop, Packstation, postal outlet or your deliverer. At a DHL Packstation, scan the QR code from your mobile phone or the barcode on the printed returns label, which opens a locker.
Return process
Because we sell large items, which are delivered from our own warehouse. We prefer to have items that are in the same return process returned in 1 box as much as possible. In doing so, you help us to be as sustainable as possible.
Received damaged or incomplete
Have you received your item damaged or incomplete? This is of course not the intention. If so, please contact our customer service link. You will then receive a refund and you will of course not have to pay any return costs. Would you still like the same article? Then order a new one immediately by placing a new order.
Steps to register a return:
Pack the items (if possible) in their original packaging.
Then put the items in one package as much as possible. Do you no longer have our packaging? No problem. Then put the items in sturdy packaging.
Report your return.
Go to link and select the items you wish to return. Follow the return instructions and/or fill in (where applicable) all required details. You will automatically see what is expected of you and what details we need. After registering your return, you have 14 days to return your package(s).
Hand over your return.
You can drop off your return at a DHL Paketshop, Packstation, postal outlet or your deliverer. Print out the returns label and stick it on the parcel or have the QR code scanned via your mobile phone. It is not necessary to print or stick the QR code on the parcel.
Track your return
Please note that processing a return can take up to 10 days on average. If your return has not been processed after 10 days, please contact us. When you hand in your return, you will receive a proof with a track & trace code with which you can track your return. You can also follow the status of your return under My returns.
As soon as your return has been processed, we will send you an e-mail. You may receive several mails, as items may be processed at different times.
Refund
Did you pay with iDEAL? If so, we will refund you as soon as possible. This is done within 10 days at the latest, during which time we may wait until we have processed your return.
As soon as your return has been processed, we will send you an e-mail. Are you missing any items you sent back? If so, the items may be processed at different times. You will then receive several e-mails informing you that your return has been processed.
If you have any problems when returning your return parcel, resulting in the parcel not being accepted, please contact our customer service team. They will be happy to help you solve the problem.
